You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. The following terms of use apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Obsolete Goods hereinafter referred to as “Obsolete Goods”, “us” or “we”, at www.obsoletegoods.com.

❶ Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is for consumers only.

❷ Personal Information
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Obsolete Goods as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Obsolete Goods and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Obsolete Goods to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Obsolete Goods Conditions, you agree to the above.

❸ Prices and Payment
The prices displayed at www.obsoletegoods.com include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) but do not include a delivery charge. All products remain Obsolete Goods’ property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Obsolete Goods.
All transfers conducted through Obsolete Goods are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

❹ Confirmation of order
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. You need to check the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide to us. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.

❺ Shipping
Your order is usually shipped within 2-5 office days after we received your payment, not including special or custom made products that may take longer or where a longer delivery period is mentioned in the product description. Packages typically arrive within 7–14 days from the date we receive the order. Items are shipped directly from Berlin, Germany using a shipping company of our choice. You are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Obsolete Goods has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

❻ Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by you on the purchase order. We cannot be held responsible for possible errors in data entry and the consequences of delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for forwarding an order are to be borne in full by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays because of errors or disruptions due to transporters (including in particular in the event of a partial or all-out strike in particular of the mail services, transport and communications).

❼ Cancelation & Returns
You have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after fourteen (14) days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing via email to hello@obsoletegoods.com.

You may send the item back to us using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Shipping costs of returning goods will not be refunded. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. We gladly refund unworn and undamaged products.

↦ The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts: Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. non- prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized.

❽ Additional Information
Obsolete Goods reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Obsolete Goods has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Obsolete Goods shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

❾ Intellectual Property
The entirety of the contents (texts, works,  images, videos, graphics, sounds… including underlying technologies used) posted on this site is reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights for the whole world. For this reason and conforming with the provisions of Intellectual Property, only private use is authorized, subject to different provisions which may be even more restrictive from the code of intellectual property. Any other use may constitute pirating and be sanctioned by the law covering intellectual property, except in the case of preliminary authorization by Obsolete Goods. Any total or partial reproduction of the Obsolete Goods company catalogue is strictly prohibited.
